Day 550 - Bath time!

This morning while Liv stayed back to read in the sun, Adam went down to the river to have a special kind of bath: an elephant bath!! With Adam sitting on top of the giant but lovable animal the dirt from a few days without washing was sprayed away. Then Adam began to close and personal by scrubbing the coarse skin that feels strangely soft when you're wrapped in a huge cuddle. The friendship grew to the point where Adam was able to bust a back flip off his new buddy's back!!! Adam left the trainer and elephant behind to swim across the river and sneak into the National Park, making it back to dry land without any crocs getting a taste of kiwi for lunch!

For the rest of the day we lazed in the sun at the guest house, trying to figure out some sort of plan for when we arrive in India - although we initially got a 6 month visa, we'll only have just over 2 months left on it by the time we return: not enough time to see a country as vast as India.
