Day 460 - Busin' it back

Today was nothing special - we did the reverse trip back to Bishkek, driving around the same lake, and even stopping at the same place for lunch, and eating the same food! In Bishkek we felt right at home and easily found our way around town by marshrutka, eventually depositing ourselves back at the South Guesthouse. Here we spent hours doing hand washing to the point that our hands were raw and blistered, and then set out to the supermarket for much needed food! On the way we paused to look at an open-air photo exhibition down Chuy Street.
At home we ended up cooking tomato and cheese pasta, which felt like a delicacy and we were once again happy with the lack of meat!

After so many days hiking in the mountains and hours on buses our bodies were ready to pack it in and when the power at our guesthouse was cut, we needed no more excuses to flop into bed! We particularly enjoyed that we were back in warm temperatures and out of the freezing cold mountain air.

Adlibing washing!
