Day 516 - Koto - Pisang (3200m)

When we made it to Chame this morning we managed to catch up with some trekkers we've been walking with along the way - it's really nice to meet such cool people to hang out with not only on the trail but for lunch and dinner. At our lunch stop we ate with Peter a guy from Holland whose company we just love - actually from today on he just couldn't get rid of us and we ended up trekking almost all the way back to Pokhara together. The walk itself to Pisang was absolutely stunning - the best day so far without a doubt. The views up from Lower Pisang to Upper Pisang village were enough to draw Adam up for a closer look at the old village and monastery, while Liv sat snuggled in her sleeping bag reading!
