As today is our last day in Bali, we had a few last minute things to do - you know ... shopping, walking along the beach, getting massages, eating Indonesian food - those kinds of things!!! Needless to say we managed to fill our day quite nicely!
When the time came to jump in a taxi and make our way to the airport, it finally dawned on us that our Asian adventure was almost coming to an end - only one more night in Asia left!
At 8pm we boarded our flight back to Kuala Lumpur, and as we flew out over Kuta beach we got to say one final farewell to Bali - the small island paradise that has been our home for almost 3 weeks.
Just before midnight we landed at KL airport, during the quarter of an hour it took us to find a lovely piece of concrete to sleep on the clock What a way to celebrate the last 8 years!!! We tried to ignore the noise (and the fact that we were sleeping on the ground), and get some sleep!!
