Day 487 - Airport Adam, Lazy Liv

After a night of no sleep thanks to the resident street dog crew who fought and howled all night, the 6am wake-up was no appreciated! By 7.20am Adam, Joe, Brendan and Mila (the guide) were at the airport ready and waiting for their flight to Lukla. By 2pm they were all back in Kathmandu having their breakfast(!) despite actually going onto the tarmac and the plane - Lukla airport informed the pilot they were closed and no other flights could go. Yeti Airlines was just one of 4 possible airlines that the boys had boarding passes for during the morning!
With backed up passengers from Saturday, Sunday, and now today, we all have fingers crossed that the boys will get on a flight tomorrow! Wake up call is now 5am. Wonderful!

While Adam was having airport troubles, Liv was sleeping, drinking tea and chatting with Janita at the travel office until Adam came back!
As Adam has a bit of a cold we had some freshly squeezed fruit drinks and piled up on fresh fruit, and kept out of the rain as much as possible.
Adlibing it to nowhere.
